We booked the hotel through thomson for our wedding holiday. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room and after several emails about not having the room for the full 2 weeks, we got a mail saying it was "99% certain". Now in my world, thats as good as sorted. Had a lovely week at this hotel but first the downside - we asked for an upper floor with a pool/sea view and got a view of the roof of the building next door. We have been to a lot of holiday hotels and the afrodite venus beach although very clean and tidy left us feeling like something was missing.There are no lifts but a lot of stairs,from reception at afrodite to the beach there are no fewer than 5 set of stairs.Other than the ramp to the hotel there is no other help... Just got back from this hotel after spending two weeks. Location fantastic, right on the beach. Plenty of tavernas, bars to choose from all with great food.
