Took advantage of a Starwood Preferred Guest offer and stayed overnight last night with my husband and two of our friends who were celebrating their anniversary. Both couples received complimentary room upgrades which were greatly appreciated. The rooms have recently been revamped and were very nice. King size beds were so comfortable. My first room was next to an electronics room, so I was kept awake all night by a humming noise. When I asked for a new room, my new room was not what I would call 'clean'. But the breakfast was fantastic and could possibly make up for a poor nights sleep.

How nice it was to return to Mirage after the revamp. Can only imagine it's presence once the gardens etc are done. We booked Ocean view interconnecting rooms and was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite.....nice timing for mothers day.
