After hearing good reports about this hotel we decided to give it a try. The superior room (14th. floor) was faultless but the balcony hardly had space for two chairs let alone anything else. Hotel was lovely, but food let it down badly. Restuarant staff very surly. They just seemed to have a couldn't care less attitude. All other staff were fine. Stopped here 1st week in May. Hotel clean and friendly. Room very good with bedroom, lounge and bathroom (would be better with tea / coffee facilties in room).
