“Room flooded dripping with mould”

It’s not in Siliguri town but in Salugara about 10 ks northeast on national highway 31 The only hotel in town. The large dank room was moldy with water leaking through the walls. The standard rooms looked small. The room service food was good. Although expensive for an overnight to connect with train from NJP junction its ok. We did... More

I happened to stay overnight at the Golden Gate Hotel in Salugara at the northern outskirts of Siliguri. It was in full Monsoon season and the hotel had almost no guests.
