The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. although we only ate breakfast the food was excellent and the bar facilities and staff brilliant, I was in a group of six men on a social visit, to the area. However, the best was to come, after leaving and on arriving at Knock Airport I realised... More

The hotel is under recently new ownership and it is evident that work is being done on upgrading the quality of the decoration and furnishings. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was furnished with good quality furniture, a comfortable bed and flat panel TV. The addition of a small desk or table would be useful for those wishing... More

The bar is very comfortable and the food is hearty and fresh. The soup was indeed homemade - no packet stuff here- and the sandwiches were very good. Two of us... More

Very pleased with the lunch we hatd at Pecy French. We were in company with some French business colleges, who were very complimentary of the meal and friendly service. Will be back for accommodation and good food.

Visited the Restuarant for lunch on the 21st Sept 2012, this was our second visit and again were not disapointed. Choice of 4 main courses with lots of vegetables. A nice touch there is the table with jugs of water and bottles of squash. Good value

We went to the Percy French Hotel in Strokestown for Dinner on Sunday 26th Aug 2012. We had a beautiful meal and the service was excellent and with a smile. Can wait to go back for a longer stay. The place was clean and that makes a big difference. Watch this space! We will be back.

Went here for food on a Sunday afternoon (15/07/2012) on route home from Mayo. From the outside this place looks great and the main hall is also nicely furnished. After we entered the restaurant, we waited and waited for a menu. One of the two waitresses even decided to clear away a table before attending to us. She then came... More

We didn't stay here but stopped in for food on the way through. I had scampi and chips she had a Blt and chips. I had to send my chips back as they were cold but in fairness were deducted off the bill in the end without us having to ask. The scampi was delicious and really hit the spot... More
