This hotel is conveniently located in the city.They arrange for free airport pick up and drop.The rooms good for the money you are paying.Their buffet breakfast is good.They have a nice vegetarian restaurant. Staffs need to be trained more although they are responsive and courteous.

Last year we got an opportunity to stay in grand regency.It is an excellent hotel with great quality of food and rooms with modern facilities.You will feel value for money and will enjoy good hospitality.It is centrally located property and you can enjoy shoping in that area.

Very hidden and quite hotel, good location so no noise from the hooting n noise from the streets but rooms needs to be upgraded and also the bathrooms, staff very friendly in the dinning and great food. Overall service below expectations and room service was very poor! A/C making to much noise and smoking in corridors should be prohibited!
