Enjoyed my short stay at highlands hotel. Rooms were clean and had a great view. however, bathrooms were worn out. Room service was great and was generous with complimentary toiletries. Didn't like many of the guests smoking in the hotel lobby!

As hotels go it is fairly clean and reasonably comfortable but would prefer a little more luxury....much better at Maxims but harder to get reservations...refurb is underway so rooms will improve .....as we are regular visitors we hope to get a refurbished room next stay.
