Other than their service crew doesn't not understand English, others are good. The hotel is located high up 1800m on the mountain. Hence the hotel does not have air-condition as it was already naturally cooled. The hotel are real small. Quite cozy. No wifi. Went there last July. Tiny small bathroom too
