First time I have ever stayed in a Super 8 property. It is basic---what would I expect from a Super 8??? It was clean, although certainly not sound proof. Our stay at the Ponoka Super 8 was great. The only thing that I would recommend is getting a couple of more tables in the breakfast area.

The people working at this hotel were exceptionally friendly. My complaint would be that the air conditioning was not working, it took me calling front desk three times to get someone to come fix it. After this taking all day I was finally moved to another room that had a functioning air conditioner. It was annoying and frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about the Ponoka Super 8. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences during your stay. Our maintenance man did go to your room each time you called.
