Just had a three night stay in this warm and friendly place .Our room was nicely decorated,clean,warm and comfortable, tea,coffee bottled water and lovely biscuits also provided,oh and hot chocolate too.The breakfast was fit for a king,also a excellent choice of meals in the bar, reasonable priced. Just got back from an excellent weekend break. First time there we will definitely be back. Good selection of cask beers {just what we needed after a hard days walk} great food, friendly staff, what more could you ask for. So we would recommend the Bridge Inn as an excellent place to stay. More

We stayed over night on Saturday in 4 rooms with family after climbing Scafell pike. The food at the bridge inn is really good and the rooms are very comfortable. The bridge inn has character which adds to its charm and is a beautiful location ideal for walkers. We have stayed before and will stay again. More
