As said by others before: location excellent and grounds and complex very well kept - saw maintenance staff working every day on the upkeep of the whole place, spacious apartment (just starting to need a bit of TLC). Reception has certificates of awards on the wall for when the place was officailly opened & believe these awards would be justified back then, and although no major problems with the apartments the place would greatly benefit from a little renovation / upgrading.
