A dinner buffet offers a variety of culinary options. Free drinks and a selection of desserts. The steam fish and steak are good. Be sure to empty your stomach before dining, for you to have enough space for different types of cuisine........

I was in the restaurant for the buffet for dinner. Very nice starters. Sushi very acceptable and very nice Chinese food (noodles done in front of you). Desserts were probably the weakest point of the buffet, but still acceptable. Spanish red wine included in the menu price. Good value for money.

It was my mothers birthday we had dinner at coffee shop buffet. Before the dinner start i ask one of their staff if theres anything special you can do to my mother. The answer was funny and horrible, the staff i ask wearing suit i think he is the supervisor. He told me to get some dessert on the buffet and he will give me a candle. Thats it! So disappointed! Hope this comment will improve your customer service when your guest have some special occasion. Plus wrong information with the promotion.

Macau is always a weekend get away option for my friends or my family and I if we couldn't figure out where to go on a long weekend or so. We always stayed on the Taipa side. However, we stayed at L'Arc Hotel Macau on our recent 2 days 1 night trip over the Xmas holidays due to we decided to take the trip very late and most of the hotel rooms in Taipa are full. This was our first stay at this hotel. Surprisingly, the staff at the reception desk are very friendly, good manner and extremely helpful. Seriously, I haven't seen such well trained staff for sooo long, and I can say I have never encountered one such good manner hotel staff in any of those other 5 or 5+ stars hotels I have stayed. Many of them are very robotic if not rude. Applause to Iris and also one of the lady staff at the reception desk. I will definitely return for my next stay. This is a 5 star hotel. Nice decoration and quite clean and the rate is reasonable. The rate I got included a buffet breakfast. The food selection is quite good! However, there is one comment I would like to make for the F&B Manager is that I saw a Putonghua speaking guy who held a pair of chopsticks and a plate, and he was picking from the food bars with his chopsticks and he ate at the same time. I think this is super unhygienic. It would be good if the staff at the Cafe can be more alert and watch over on the diners' food picking manner......

Staying 2 nights here. Requested non smoking room. Once we got into the room. Got a room with ash tray on the room and also super strong flower scents in the room. Requested from the front desk to reduce the scent. They came and turned down the scent machine. (To mask the cigarette smell) but it was too strong, family and I were getting headache from it. We called front desk to switch room to non smoking room. they moved us to a different room but same floor. After we got into new room. Ash tray still there and flower scent still strong. We ask the front desk how is this a non smoking room. They said 17th floor is our only none smoking room. And it's all "sold out". Did they really just trying to tell me that a hotel with 30+ floor there is only 1 floor of no smoking room. If that is true, I'm here recommend everyone who is NON smoker don't COME to this hotel! There will be no non smoking room available for you and they will lie to your face. Also they have the small casino floor and smallest selection of slots in Macau.

Dear Tai W, We are sincerely apologies for the shortfall on our service which made your leisure time with us are not a pleasant one. Related to your request on non-smoking room, as the booking not directed to hotel however through 3rd party, we did not aware that you have reserved non-smoking room, and our building are over 50 floors, but hotel rooms only applicable from 09 to 21 Floor, rest are our Services Apartment, hence our non-smoking room only applicable on 17th Floor which are limited. We will definitely looking into this matter and to find out a best solution to accommodate non-smoking room request. We hope this experience will not mar you and your family from coming back to L'Arc Hotel Macao as we hope to have chance to serve you again.

Hotel L'Arc is the place of the senior year when the teacher appreciation banquet. This is the five - star hotel, the interior decoration of the noble and elegant, very special design. Our graduation dinner buffet, so a variety of dishes. With the theme of Malaysia, there are also the theme of Japan and South Korea. Sushi sashimi, grilled meat, steak, or popular fresh seafood, lobster, Scallop in Shell, Qingkou etc… That night, there were a lot of teachers attend who had taught me before. At the teacher appreciation banquet, I had a conversation with them about the past. I was particularly impressed by a teacher. In junior high school, my math performance is very poor, often not qualified. But after he was taught, I had a remarkable progress in math. This is because he really attentively taught me, and his teaching method is very interesting, so I have an interest in mathematics, natural achievements on the progress. It's really fun to chat with the teacher, I has many happy memory in this hotel, so I like there.

The hotel is not bad. The lobby is ok. The room is big enough. The breakfast is good. The room rate is reasonable. The location is convenient. However, English of staff is not good. Service provided is not efficient. I did wait for over 20 mins to get a hair dryer. No charger is available for electronic devices.

The scale of Macau is hard to explain. Casinos everywhere. The hotel has classic opulence and friendly staff. The rooms are very large and the bed very comfortable. The only are to watch out for is breakfast which is below par. Then again who sleeps in Macau!
