I have stayed at this hotel several times. If you are looking for just a place to stay, well located and 4 star amenities for a 3 star price, this is fine. The rooms have everything you need, they are clean. I allways get a good night rest there. I recommend the executive level. The 4th floor complimentary breakfast has... More

Hotel is located in a most convenient part of Macau Peninsula, nearby hotels are Lisboa, Starworld, Wynn and MGM. Hotel is located next to Landmark Hotel. Hotel is only a 5 min taxi ride from Macau Ferry Terminal, less than MOP$30. Booked an Executive room via Agoda, price difference was little compared with regular rooms. Small fruit amenity was presented,... More

The best part of this hotel is the strategic location in the city. Major casinos are within walking distance and several great eateries nearby. There is no casino in the hotel resulting in less crowd, more peaceful and better privacy. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Unfortunately, the executive lounge was under renovation during our stay and we had to... More

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Nice rooms, clean sheets and it's near everything. Famous casinos such as Lisboa and Wynn are just walking distance. Also love the receptionists, very polite and kind. On the other hand, However, the driver of the hotel shuttle was a little but grumpy. Also, no free wifi is offered. Should have been offered... Hotel advertises free mini bar. For a 3 day stay we were allowed 2 cans of coke and a sprite. Very fraudulent advertising. The breakfast was probably suited to Asian, however western food was a joke. There was never any bacon and when I requested some, the staff brought out a tray of cold bacon which was not cooked. They... More

The Hotel is located in the City Center, convenience store and restaurants within your reach. Accesible also in Ferry Terminal and Macau Airport. The Hotel's staff were polite, breakfast was buffet and suited for Asian's appetite. The Hotel provides free transfer to the city's tourists spots, airport and ferry. Just ask the concierge schedule's of evey trip, usually an intervals... More

The hotel is very centrally located, near major casinos as well as groceries, and quite easy to get a cab. The executive room we had, was very clean and modern, very comfortable bed, and well equipped with amenities, coffee and tea, safe, and computer, which I was so pleased to have. There was no wifi, as noted on the website... More

This hotel is located in the worst part of the city without any ambiance. The lobby is good, service level low. The rooms are very old and not clean. Bed is old and very hard.
