Very friendly welcome. Guest house is run by Mark and Steve who can't do enough for you. The rooms are absolutely spotless as is the rest of the guest house. The breakfast was lovely and beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

A warm welcome from Mark & Steve made our stay at their spotlessly clean guest house very enjoyable. Situated a stones throw from the centre of Burnham, it is an ideal location to explore the town. A lovely cooked breakfast ensured you had a good start to the day. A very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

As a shop fitter/builder I travel around the country a lot, therefore stay in plenty of b+b's. This has to be the best, most welcome place ive stayed. Soon as you walk in the door your made to feel at home. Rooms are of a great standard and an excellent value for money. 10 out of 10 from me.
