This is not a five star hotel. It pretends to be but couldn't be further from that. The rooms are worn out and musky, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the staff is indifferent, unhelpful, rude and clueless. We stayed at a very nice building separate from the main hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The beach was so close and also had a great view from our balcony. The food was fine too. We had a great time!
