“Service could be better”

The location is great, in the heart of tuscany and close to Florence. The kids playroom is very nice. But service could be better. Staff was not very atencious, except for on lady. The cleanning ladies were rude. More

“Amazing Tuscan Experience”

My husband and I were so taken with this place. We spent 2 weeks in Italy and Paris and this was the highlight of our trip. It's every image you've ever seen of Tuscany.
