Great location right off the expressway, exit 124. Free parking, breakfast buffet for 4 euros was quite good. Restaurant/bar in the hotel. Convenience store next store and shopping malls across the street. Very comfy bed, plenty of hot water and free wifi. Quiet location as well. No complaints.

Difficult toi get to hotel from motorway as so busy and very little chance to see the exit sign. Once off of the motorway, even more difficult to know where to go. Once found, the hotel was a great place to be, clean, quiet and confort good.

We stayed at Barakaldo for the second time in 12 months. We have yet to reach the hotel by the same route, but Google earth helped, eventually!! The hotel itself is great for our purpose. Although a little tricky to find, this is a good Ibis, with cheerful and friendly reception and dining room staff. The room and bed were comfortable and the shower was clean and efficient. Car parking is free. Breakfast was OK, although dinner was not great. Very good value.

I stayed here for 1 night in Jan13 the night before I sailed to the UK. Decent enough hotel, about 7km to the main port. Plenty of parking at the rear and shares the parking with its sister hotel Formula 1. Formula 1 is half the price but there is a shared bathroom and you have to rent a towel.... More

We stayed overnight having come in on the ferry and cannot fault the hotel or staff. We had our two dogs with us and the dog friendly room was both clean and smart. We will certainly use it again. The secure parking is useful when travelling and the restaurant was good.
