Stayed here recently for a few days. Service can be a bit hit and miss, especially at breakfast. Breakfast buffet (14.50 euros) was good. Dinner is a limited choice, but well prepared and cooked. Good hotel friendly staff very clean rooms a bit too far from city centre even though trains are quite easy to get too and very close. Takes about 30 mins at least to get to centre of town. More

Overall a good hotel, conveniently placed for the Bilbao ferry terminal and good overnight parking facilties. Although the restaurant and bar is uninspired and soleless the food was of a good standard.
