Like others said: Very handy location for the ferries to Norway and the Faroes, or for a visit to the Nordsøen aquarium. Otherwise probably suited for conferences. Hirtshals is hardly a destination in its own right. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable, only thing I missed was a minibar in the room. Reasonably clean, but not 100% perfect..... More

In my room there was no smoke detectors or fire protection. In the hall outside my room there was only one smoke detector in one end. There are no aircondition or ventilation in the rooms so in summertime when it's sunny it gets way to hot to sleep..

Good hotel, it's always a pleasure to stay. I often visit hirthshals for short working periods and I always book a room at skaga. Good breakfast, and quality of food at dinner.
