Certainly not a 4 star facility,room was noisy,service slow at best and the price for room and food was very high in relation to what you got for your money.Doesn't appear to be alot of choice for snowmobilers in New Richmond your better off to be in Carleton or Bonnaventure based on our 6 night experience in the area. At times feels like just an upgraded motel (half the rooms open to the parking lot), but the nice location, overall quality, restaurant, etc, make this hotel the best for New Richmond.
