Aso Base Backpackers is a beautiful new hostel. The rooms are spotlessly clean as are the shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. We stayed in a double room which had a comfortable western bed. Very clean, very well thought. Lots of attention to detail, in the interior design for instance. Small things that make a difference. Looks like new. Very close to the railway station.
