Gives good access to the small Lencois and near-by attractions. Animals wander throughout the hotel's grounds leaving their traces. Ageing post-hippy atmosphere, with a touch of the farmyard.. Dinner is very poor, breakfast acceptable. Rooms are airless, window-less with primitive bathrooms and inadequate air-conditioning. This is a place for roughing it at luxury prices.

This small hotel is Atins, a village of Barreirinhas-Maranhão. The place is very beautiful, but the hostel is far away, the heat is terrible (35º C) and there are many mosquitoes, the rooms are not very clean and has no air conditioning. He was offered a small desk fan that did not work right.
