“Unsuitable for anyone who speaks neither Turkish or German”

The hotel was lovely but the rooms were tiny and there was onlya small uncomfortable lobby area to sit in when the weather was bad. The waiting staff and the bar staff were very pleasant but no one spoke English. The food was also geared to german or turkish visitors.All the information for excursions etc was in Turkish or German... More

On arrival the hotel presented as very nice, we had booked a twin room and to our disappointment we got a double and pull out sofa single bed.The rooms are a joke very small for 2 people , no english tv at all all turkish& german.All staff at reception have little or no English which is very frustrating, there was...
