Excellent hotel located very close to the beach area, it is the tallest building in Nettuno, it is easy to reach the hotel, we arrived here by train from Rome. From the train station about 20 minutes walk by the sea. Quality services, good breakfast, we had wifi which went well. I received a room with a magnificent sea view. A good hotel to put on the list for lovers of a sea vacation. In front of the hotel is a long beach with fine sand.

We stayed in this hotel for one night in last December. The location is the most positive feature about this hotel. We booked room for three, but when we arrived they offered us two rooms for two- we are family with a kid, so at the beginning this wasn't acceptable. We had to check three rooms, before we could find one that was cleaned and then we decided to agree to stay in room that was meant for two, but at least in was cleaned. The hotel was quite empty, cold and old. I am sorry, but the breakfest was terrible, nothing to eat. Overall, I wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel outside of the season, but I hope that in summer, it would be much better!

The hotel is the tallest building in town so its easy to find if your lost walking around. The staff is great, Mario especially. We were there for a youth baseball tournament, Nettuno is known as the city of baseball, and the staff took an interest in our visit and was very helpful. The hotel offers a car to take you around which is nice because there is no taxi service, Thomas the driver doesn't speak English but he will get you where you need to go if you have a map and a few euro. Our room was small but am told that's how they do it in Europe. Free WIFI in the lobby and a free morning buffet (also European). Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This hotel is ugly that seems almost beautifgul. The highest building in Nettuno, it is like a punch in your eye, architecturally speaking, but its perfect location by the beach and such a competitive low price in comparison to other options along the Lazio cost, make it unbeatable. The rooms are small but clean as well as the bathrooms. And thanks God! This is the only thing that really counts for me during a short vacation of two days the biggest part of which you spend swimming in the sea and sunbathing. We parked a car in the parking slot by the hotel and forgot about its existance for two days, what a pleasure after a year of big city life. And the parking was gratis, though not assured and not private. We were very lucky to find a spare place! Scacciapensieri has wiped away all my thoughts. What a relaxing weekend!

Definetly needs renovation, but overall everything was fine. I would say this is a 2 star, not 3 star, due to the outside condition of the hotel and it's belconies. The rooms are clean, the staff is accomodating, and beach access is nice. We stayed 6 nights while my son played a baseball tournament in Nettuno and found it to be adequate for the very little time that we actually spent in our room. The rooms are VERY small and if you're planning to actually hang out in yours, you'll probably be clostrophobic; the bathroom was almost as big as the room, but the shower was so small that washing our hair without banging our elbows was a challenge. The staff, for the most part, didn't speak english but made an effort to be as accomodating as possible. Breakfast was classic European with mostly pastries and coffee. Adequate accomodation, for $85 Euro/night you get what you pay for. There is no shuttle as advertised, just one little old man with a Fiat that will run you to where you need to go for $10 Euro each way.

Needed a last minute stay in Nettuno and selected this due to the central location and availability. When you see the hotel from outside you already regret the choice. Not recommendable but it served its function to our family for a short overnight stay with friend who lucky rented an apparment when we could stay. Most positive thing to mention is the friendly staff.

I arrived at this hotel a day prior to my check in date, we were there because my son was playing baseball in Nettuno. Well shocked and surprised would be an understatment. The positive I have to say is after calling from the train station and being stranded, we called the hotel and begged for them to come and pick us up, he did, he was not happy about it! They put is in a very small room to accomodate until our room was ready the next day and the room was small, with a cot in it and barely enough room to get our bags in. The next day they moved us upstairs to an ocean view and even though the room got bigger the hotel was just plain dirty! The lobby was packed with teenagers and we could not get on the internet there was no wifi, well at least not offered to me. I asked and was pointed in the direction of the computer! I can just say that with no cabs in Nettuno and then being stuck to rely on the hospitality of the hotel that was not going to happen! We switched hotels after day 2 could not take the hotel anymore! When we checked out the rate now changed from the 75 euros which was a team rate to 120 euros! Then was told the director said so and that was that!

The hotel is a filthy dump. The rooms and the service are terrible. Everything need to be renovated, on our balcony the concrete fell down during the night. This is not a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is right on he beach, the staff is friendly and some of them speak English. The room and the bathroom are nice and spacious. There is also a balcony, everything facing the sea. Breakfast is too little(Italian), just coffee and a cake, but there is a supermarket 3 min. walking to the right. Nettuno is pretty nice with a charming old city. You should also visit an American cemetery and Anzio, which is within a walking distance.(20-30 min.)
