We are two girls ordered six months in advance a room with two beds and got one bed. Reservation of six months in advance and could not reserve a room for us I took this hotel because it was the possibility of two beds. They do not respect the order of the customer

We stayed here a couple of times,the view over the lake and mont blanc where absolutely brilliant.We also had our dog Dylan with us, a border collie no problem he was even allowed in the restaurant,He is very well behaved.The food was very good as you would expect in france.

Nice room with balcony and great view to the lake, spacious enough for 4. Children had a lot of fun on the green lawn and with the ping-pong table. Very close to Annecy center (by car), free parking. Good breakfast. Very nice area and a great hotel!

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our 15 day vacation. The air -conditioning was a wonderful surprise after an unusually hot 2 weeks. Breakfasts were good. Had a good dinner at the restaurant on site which has wonderful lake views. Request a lake view but not on ground floor due to bushes blocking Lake vistas.
