We stayed in Seagull Hotel for 6 days. The rooms were ok. The bathrooms a little gross and bad lighting. The halls smelled of moth balls(I think too, because they only opened up a few days before we arrived.) No one at the hotel spoke much english, so that was a bit hard. We spent two weeks in Turkey. For the first week, we stayed at the Seagull Hotel near Kemer. If you do not speak Russian or Turkish, I would not recommend this hotel.
