Traveled to mount abu with my wife, but without reservation. Ranjana's is close to polo ground so was convenient place. Service and food is decent, but didnt provide hot water for 24 hours, which is very necessary in cold place like mount abu. Plus the bathroom was stinking badly, as it was not used for many days.

Hotel is very near to market area and also to sunset point. rooms are neat & tidy. persons are also generous with us. location is also good. good room service. floors and walls are clean. restaurant is also good.

It was an average experience. Room service was not so bad and not so good. We liked the front view of the hotel and especially dinner room from which polo ground can be seen.
