We went to Les Andelys as a stop to visit Chateau Gaillard. The hotel is in a lovely location on the banks of the Seine. However once we got inside the experience detiriorated. The lady at the reception desk was cold and unhelpful, and as we arrived she wanted to know whether we were going to eat in the restaurant.... More

Stay in Les Andelys but do not stay here. Bad food, rude staff and all-in over priced. Located in picturesque Petit Les Andelys on the banks of the Seine under Castle Gaillard this hotel should be a charming retreat (rivaling the near-by Cheine D'Or - stay here if you can) sadly it is not.
