We were very satisfied with this hotel. It's nothing spectacular but is in a great location (Benitses), right across from the beach, the staff are very friendly and helpful (we asked for a kettle for our room and they provided us with one, no questions asked). we were suppose to be in the loutrouvia hotel instead they give us a guest house because the hotel was closed , to get in these appartments there is a hill that takes all your breath away and it' s near a forest , it might sound nice because of the forest but it isn't every night one will see... Very shabby looking hotel. A/C leaking water whilst having to pay extra for it. telephone not working, hotel staff unprofessional. Bathroom with a constant overflowing drain. Breakfast consists of only sliced bread rolls, ham, cheese, cornflakes, milk, water - no toaster to at least toast the bread. Breakfast costs Eur4 and only one can get breakfast for a cheaper price... More
