La Rua is a small, family-run inn in tiny Pescocostanzo. Our room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable with gorgeous views of the town and the valley below. Best of all were the hospitality and friendliness of Luigi, Giuseppe and Elisa. They gave us wonderful suggestions of places to visit in the nearby Abruzzan countryside and showed us the best routes... More

Stunning place for a great rest, lovely countryside and a beautiful village. Just loved it here. You have to sit in front of the fireplace in the lobby. Time went just too quickly on this trip. Have to come back and chill out even more. More

Excellent B&B, old mountain fashioned style but comfortable. The room (n.44), with a lovely view over the valley, is very clean and tidy and stocked with towels, free view tv, hair dryer, informative book about guest house and the main restaurants of the town, shower gel. The bed is comfortable and we enjoyed a restful night sleep without any disturbances.... More

We stayed here for one night only and it was all you could hope for in a hotel. We were welcomed with a warm handshake and sent off the following morning with a generous breakfast and helpful information. The town is tiny and lovely. Enjoy! More

My husband and I choose this hotel due to the wonderful comments made on trip advisor. Well, it was even better than I expected! The rooms were spacious, immaculate and very nicely decorated. We had a wonderful view of this quaint town from every window. This is a family owned hotel and their attention to every detail is commendable. Luigi,... More

We stayed here 13 June 2011. Luigi & fratelli & sorella were a delight. Nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were nice & well appointed and quiet. Breakfast was nice especially the coffee! Right in the centre of the old town. Luigi's sister made lovely cake & when we were leaving she pressed an extra piece into our bag... More

From the time you are welcomed by the owners, brothers Guiseppe and Luigi, you feel like you are a treasured guest come to visit. While we spoke no italian and they little english we managed to have informative, interesting conversations about local attractions, hints etc. We had an upstairs room which had it's own exit into the street. The hotel... More

This is a great area of Italy, less than two hour's drive from Rome, but a world apart. Pescoconstanzo is a charming mountain town near the national parks. Great touring through the mountains and over to the Adriatic coast as well. And great places to eat in town and in the area generally. The hotel owners were generous and accomodating.... More

This enchanting hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of Pescocostanzo. Very cozy with a country charming decor. Our room was comfortable and spacious with views of the surrounding mountains. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the town but had the most fun talking with the most benevolent owners, Giuseppe, Luigi and Elisa. Helpful, kind and humorous,... More

My husband and I were on our honeymoon in Italy. We started off in the Amalfi coast and ended up in Tuscany. For two days inbetween we had no accomodation booked. After reading about Al Piccolo Albergo "La Rua" on tripadvisor we decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed. Out of all the places we stayed in... More
