An amazing experience. Excellent food, varied, plentiful and delicious. As a first time haggis eater I found it very enjoyable. Room was comfortable and clean. The evening entertainment, especially the comedian and the Home Landers was brilliant, we laughed until our tummy hurt. The staff were cheerful, friendly, courteous and professional. The thoughtful touches were good, ie a pot plant... More

what a fantastic hotel. a bit out of the way but what really impressed me was the cleanliness the service and the food; it was all brilliant! The coach trip is not for the fient hearted it is long but breaks of 45 mins every 2 hours are really welcomed.A fantastic experience all round!

Having travelled with Highland Heritage several times previously, this was our first stay at the Dalmally. We had a Five Day break from the 14th./ 19th. of April Inclusive. The Company now operates a 'Feeder Coach' system, in this instance Skills Coaches of Nottingham provide the transport from Derby to T Bay Services in Westmoreland. I must say how impressed... More

Our first trip with Highland Heritage but it most certainly won't be our last. My husband and I booked the Bargain Spring Break at only £150 per person which included all coach travel, 4 nights in a beautiful room, breakfast and 4 course dinner with coffee in the lounge afterwards with evening entertainment on all nights, and trips on 3... We started off from my brothers house in deep snow we had to walk to the taxi thinking we wouldn't be going. Eventually we got on the coach after a delay of 30mins which we thought was very good as the weather was awful. We arrived at Tebay Services and the transition from the feeder coach to the Heritage one... More

We had a lovely time, there was nothing to complain about really, and we felt well looked after. It was cold on the trips, out, but the hotel was always pleasant. The evening entertainers were like pub entertainer, just good enough to keep the evening going. We would not recommend the Whisky tour, the least attractive day out, but still good... More

We had good reviews from friends who had previously been on Highland Heritage trips. Our personal experience and our first ever trip to Scotland has been great, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday with HH Tours. Hotel staff, comfort and food, excellent, as was the entertainment in the evenings! The coach trips were brilliant, so were the drivers and the local... More

We read some of the reviews before we came.I can only assume from my experience of our stay that all the negative comments about the hotel, staff, food etc are from the older end of the travellers. If anyone complained it was these older ones.As for the staff, yes they were from all over europe, but we found them to be very very helpful and...
