absolutely disgusting room! food on the walls, dirty marks, coffee stains, cobwebs, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, rooms were smelly, narrow doorways and corridors not fire safe especially for a family hotel, furniture very worn out and dirty, no hot water to have showers, no toilet seat, room was not ready so we had a 30 minute wait... This hotel is the perfect location it is right next to the val d'europe shoppping mall and outlet shopping and less than a 1 mile away from disney. The hotel provides a shuttle to take you to disney and we never had and issue getting on or off but we did go mid week at a quiet time of year... More

Clean but basic room - yes walls were a little scuffed but everything was clean. I went to Disney with 3 friends for a birthday, stayed here for 3 nights in a studio room.
