My husband and I just spent two nights at the Rocky Ledges in Kaslo. Our hostess met us as we drove into the parking area and made us feel so welcome! Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless, cheerful and relaxing, and the breakfasts were simply amazing!! We sat outside on our patio to sip wine and also took some down... More

I stayed a week at Rocky Ledges on the shores of beautiful Kootenay Lake. As far as B&Bs go, this one rates at the top of the scale. The view from your very cute, clean and comfortable room can't be beat. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and I never had the same one twice. Maggie and Steve were so friendly... More

We agree with the previous reviews recommending this wonderful B&B. We only stayed 1 night last July on our way back from the Rockies to Vancouver, but if we had known how wonderful this B&B was, we would have stayed longer. To just sit down at the water's edge was so peaceful and beautiful. We had the added bonus that... More

This is a little jewell in the area. The rooms ovelook the lake with the mountains in the background, there is a litlle patio attached to the room that we used to sip our wine and enjoy the scenery. The breakfasts were excellent and very enjoyable. This is a place we will be coming back over and over.

Maggie and Steve are very friendly and helpful hosts. The two rooms they have are very comfortable and seemed brand new. The view from the rooms (Kootenay Lake) is amazing. Breakfast was just superb and served in the gazebo with the same great view. We were in quite some B&B's, but this is definitely our number one.

My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights at the end of August, 2010. We would wake up to a view of sun shining down on beautiful Kootenay Lake. Maggie and Steve are fantastic hosts, knowledgeable about interesting things to explore in the area. The rooms are well equipped, clean and the breakfasts are fantastic.

We came upon this B&B via internet. After trying to book else where, this B&B was recommended by another B&B. Turns out many of the B&B owners know one another. Called Maggie to book a room and liked her straight off. We were accommodated with two single beds, which was fine with us. They have only two rooms. I was... More

Maggie and Steve were amazing hosts. The B&B is situated on the edge of Kootenay Lake with the most incredible views. Each room has a private entrance, and they feel very private. Breakfast in the gazebo was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again if we can get back to BC!

We phoned at very short notice (30 mins!) and they welcomed us with open arms! The B & B suites (2) are on the lower level of their 2 year old home on the hillside overlooking the Arrow Lake. The suite was clean and fresh with all necessities (even down to the night light in the bathroom). A patio right... More
