This resort has accomodation to suit all travellers whether looking for backpacker type or hotel type rooms. The shared kitchen was well appointed and the eating areas comfortable with views of the coast. It is very isolate dso if ooking for nightlife is not the place for you but if you like lovely surroundings with a beautiful beach with wildlife... More

Had a garden room with a beach view. Spacious, well fitted out, comfortable beds and good quiet a/c. But all looked a bit old and in need of a refresh. Main restaurant is pretty good and fairly priced by Australian standards with the children's menu particularly good value and high quality. Staff very helpful. Saw everything we hoped for from... A most relaxing place for a break with beautiful beaches, stunning sunsets and plenty of activities if you want to be active. The resort has all the facilities you would need. It is a long drive from Perth and you need a stop on the way but the travel is worth it when you arrive. We only had two nights... More

Monkey Mia has stunning beaches, water and sunsets. We had three children under 10 so the drive is along one but we easily drove Perth to Monkey Mia in 12 hours taking plenty of breaks along the way. You can fly but make sure you hire a car so you can get out of the resort area and explore. The... More

This review is from the perspective of a couple who camped at a powered site at the Resort Pros - Well set out, clean resort - Good camp kitchen and cooking facilities - Nice beach location (although you could find many places that would be equal or better in WA) - A friendly family of Emus that wander the resort... I don't know what the other reviews are saying! It was amazing, yes the resort facilities are a little run down but they are fine and also if you read the sgn that said constructin due to start in may you would be fine, we camped in the unpowered site for one night first loved it so much we cut... While the location is beautiful, we didn't enjoy our stay at the Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort. We stayed on an unpowered campsite. I have to add though, that the chalets at the resort looked pretty and may well be nice to stay in, however, the campsite was cramped and small with hardly any shade and the ablution block was dirty... Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay at Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort – Camp ground in an unpowered site. We were pleased to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location and the service at the Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort. Due to the remote location of Monkey Mia putting new structures in place can take some organisation and planning. You... More

We stayed 1 night, initially we were only going to visit for the day but instantly fell in love with the beach so booked a garden villa. The room was lovely and clean, the air conditioner worked really well. We would definitely go again. We found the food in the restaurant well priced and very nice. More

We stayed for one night on a powered site a rented campervan. The road and parking place of the campervan is not in concrete which means that as long the weather is ok there is no problem. At rainy weather it must be a dirty area. The location is perfect next to the sea. We didn't saw the dolphins because... More

I stayed here with friends in Feb, when it wasn't so busy. I stayed in a 7 bed dorm and the price was really great (i think you get a better rate if you stay at least 3 nights). Rooms were nice, no AC, but stayed cool enough and came with all linen and even a blanket. Every single member... More
