“Can be very good hotel with more professional staff”

We arrived in midle of august 2011, we espected as it was written 4 star hotel, but actualy it was 3 star Since the hotel is visited mainly by French tourist they received better treatment and rooms then other guests, which is logical because the hotel doesent want to make them unhappy. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times during the 6 years of its existence.
