Stayed here for one night on a business trip, great view of the lake and mountains, staff were very helpful and friendly. Also good healthy exercise if you decide to take a brisk walk to the lake and back !!

This was the worst experience in Switzerland. Never go there. They get an F for customer service and for being insensitive to people from other cultures and nationalities.

AVOID this one. They tried to tie-in our room offer with a drinks reception that the proprietor wished to organise for us (we are getting married in Oberhofen). When we refused the drinks reception, they cancelled our rooms. In an extremely rude and abrupt manner I should add I think this speaks volumes for what type of business they are.

This hotel boasts a magnificent view of the Thuner See while being only minutes from downtown Thun. Broadband wireless internet works flawlessly. Restaurant food is delicious, though service is at a measured pace. Rooms tiny and impeccably clean.
