This is a hard one to rate as there were pluses and minuses. It has a great location up above Puerto de la Cruz and overlooking the valley and sea, but a car is essential plus a good companion to spot the hotel direction signs from Los Realejos.Parking is very limited unless you want to battle with the small spaces...

restaurants or bars in walking distance and very difficult to find.Room not
ready when arrived at 2pm and swimming pool bar not open.Virtually no

Nice new hotel. Stopped here during Christmas 2007. Got great deal by ringing hotel direct. Bit hard to find but once you get closer, ring them for guidance. Fantastic spa facilities used nearly everyday. Puerto de la Cruz about 10 minute drive away, hire car highly recommeded. Staff very friendly
