“Not the four star hotel it advertises itself to be!”

“this Best Western was not listed but it is the closest to the airport”

“An airport hotel not that close to the airport”

I guess it's not an expensive hotel, but we really thought it'd be a bit closer to the milan (malpensa) airport. We found the rooms to a decent standard; clean etc., but the service was not great. The shuttle service was only available from hotel to airport (and not the other way around - a trip which cost us 25 EURO in a taxi!!) and at set times in the morning, so we had to book on a trip much earlier... I cannot understand how this hotel was awarded four stars. Room were small and desperately in need of an update. Not so close to Malpensa though they provide a shutle only in the morning. Breakfast was good.
