Great staff and wonderful attention to detail. Lovely rooms, excellent breakfast and good security. Great location in a safe town. Well signposted and management are very hands on. Definitely will return.

Was a very good experience; rooms were outstanding. We were disappointed that it rained while we were there, as we would love to have sat outside on the balcony and admired the view. Port Alfred a lovely little town; will visit again.

We were given a lovely spacious room with windows on 3 sides and views of the sea and river beyond the roofs below. Me and my family stayed there for a whole week. We had a really great time. You would be amazed by the view. its such a unique hotel. really loved it.

Location was amazing. Me and my wife had a really great time there while we were in South Africa. We stayed almost a week. We loved it. Definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the executive room at a discounted rate of about 50%, but this place would have excepted any amount due to the lack of guests. The bedroom is large, but the bathroom is very, very small. We only stayed here for 1 night on the 22nd oct. We arrived late so we did not do much here rather than sleep and have breakfast, which was excellent. The pool will be lovely in the summer but was the coldest we had all the time on the trip.
