I concur with a lot of the previous comments regarding the great setting of the Karriview Lodge, nestled amongst the karri trees within hiking distance of the beach and adjacent to a golf course, it is a very peaceful place to vege out for a few days. The three staff were friendly and helpful. We spent three nights there in... More

Both my wife and i recently spent the most beautiful weekend down at Karriview lodge The setting is absolutely stunning with beautiful Karri trees and abundant birdlife. Our room was very spacious, clean tidy and opened onto a lovely outdoor area. The walk through to Gracetown is something you should make time for as it is very special. The wonderful... More

Karriview Lodge has a magnificent setting - on a slope which looks down towards some magnificent old Karri trees. The grounds are a delight to wander around in and there is a beautiful walk through the bush that takes you to the beach at Gracetown. There are a variety of rooms to choose from, depending on your taste. Some are... More

Wow! What a great place to stay! Our room looked out through the branches of gum trees, and the bird calls in the morning and evening were a real treat. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Based close to Margaret River (about 10 minutes by car), Karriview is in an idyllic setting. There is an amazing walking track from Karriview... More

We have just returned from 3 nights at Karriview. Don't listen to the negative reviews: this place is very special and run by a loving team (its new change of management). Our room, Olives Retreat, was stunning, and the spa bath was a real treat. The only things it needed (which the management are working on) are fully working TV,... More

My wife and I just spent 2 nights at Karriview - what can I say? The gardens and lodge itself are spectacular, but the rooms are outdated with the layout being a lot of wasted space and mismatched furniture that didn't really seem to serve any purpose other than take up space and look cheap and awful! We were unfortunate... More

The lodge is set in a beautiful area and close to Margaret River. We were a little disappointed with the room. It was very big but could probably have done with a bit of updating. The shower was terrible but luckily we had a massive spa bath to use instead. The first morning we had a picnic hamper containing breakfast... More

Spent the weekend with some dear friends. You could not wish for a more idealic setting. The grounds were in magnifient order. We were greeted by what we called the "welcoming commitee", Hugo and Ned (two very large and very friendly Labradors). Zoey and her staff were extremly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Continental Breakfasts were just fine... More

We visited this lodge just recently for a weekend getaway. The location was amazing, as it was next to a reserve and was secluded with amazing views and peaceful surroundings. The rooms are enormous and set out well, particularly if you were to come here with a large group of people or family travelling from overseas, as there is the... More
