  "Stayed here for 4 nights in early May because of work. Great welcome and efficient reception staff and I was soon in my room. My room was a family room with two double beds, and was very spacious with nice bathroom facilities, free wifi, and coffee/tea making equipment. Only one 'issue' would be ..."the mattresses on both beds being far too soft and springy, but that's my own preference of firm beds. First night had room service, but even though my fillet steak was one of the tastiest steaks I've had in a very long time, the food was only luck warm, but as it was already 9pm at the time I couldn't wait for another one. Shame really, as the red onion butter had melted by the time it had reached my room. The next night I had room service again, and the food was hot and meal delicious. The last two evenings I dined in the grill then Fleming restaurant, and again, the food was impeccable as was the service! Well worthy of the AA Rossette the hotel was this year.
