As is our custom we asked locals about places to go and places to eat and every place mentioned was already covered in the owner's information book. We spent a day at the beach in Punta Mita, took a food tour of old town Puerto Vallarta with a company called Vallarta Eats, took a Catamaran tour with snorkeling, whales and dolphins, and spent a couple of relaxing days by our pool. Very close to the marina and the fantastic Sunday market, a short walk takes you to the village with many local tiendas.
