The cleaning lady did her job really well. I booked a non-smoking room (of course). They offered a smoking room though. I strongly opposed as I cannot bare the smell of the cigarete smoke and I finally got a non-smoking room. The breakfast was not included in the price and it cost around 2500 JPY (~23 EUR) extra which was a little pricey for me as I do not eat much. Nevertheless, I tried it twice. The hotel restaurant offers American and Japanese breakfast. There are innumerable cafes and restaurants nearby to grab some breakfast though. The location is great.
