  "This is a lovely hotel! I love that they have a bunch of stores, yes, in the hotel!! The rooms are a bit small, though. But, it is Japan! I wouldn't complain about my room size if I was in Japan. Once again, love this."

De..."pending upon the length of stay, room servicing is variable, but not an issue - we stayed two nights and the bed was made, room tidied, garbage removed, despite suggestions to the contrary.   "We chose Sunroute Shinagawa Seaside because of the favourable reviews from other guests and was pleased with our decision. The hotel is not right at Shinagawa Station (KK01), it's 3 stops further on the Keihin Kyuko Line, called Aomono-yokocho (KK04), then 8-10min walk towards the big shopping mall...." The hotel lobby is on the 16th floor. There is Shinagawa Seaside Station right under the hotel but we found it a bit more expensive to travel on that line, so we made the 8min walk to Aomono-yokocho Station. The room we booked had a double bed and enough room for the two of us to move. There is LAN connection in the room with wifi available in the huge lobby area. Our room had the same view as the lobby- portside area, very nice. The bathroom was quite adequate and provided a hair dryer plus other toiletries. The bed was a little too firm for me, but my husband liked it. I still slept ok though. We had the same view as the lobby- the port area, which was nice. This room cost us un... " More >
