The official website doesn't provide the right levels of information, and many arrangements are done impromptu by local receptionists (Manually planned and subject to change). All in all, it was decent for me, but could have been better. They have lots to work on to improve customer experience. Too much is dependant on coming at the right time, and meeting the right people while there.
