We were so impressed by the hospitality shown by everyone on the property - they definitely made you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was great (we over a..."te everyday!), the drinks at the bars were great and the food at the restaurants. Our villa was extremely nice and private. The free ice cream and drinks around the property was convenient and more than we expected. The hotel let us rent a scooter which was perfect for getting around. The location was great - close to everything but not in the middle of everything. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and hope we get a chance to come back. " More >

  "ROOM The room I booked was One Bedroom Suite facing the sea. The room itself was very spacious. It comes with a living area, dining area, kitchen, bed room and bathroom with bathtub with jacuzzi. Tv and dvd player (dvds can be borrowed at the reception at no cost) is available in the living area...".  There was a kitchen. It was equipped with cooking stove, some cooking utensils, microwave, oven, coffee maker, tea maker, boiler and fridge. Cooking ingredients like salt, sugar, pepper and oil was not available in the room but you may request for it (charges apply). There were also a washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately clothes detergent wasnt included. You may also request for it too.  Wifi access will be given and I was told that I could connect it up to five laptop/phones/iPad.  The bathroom comes with a shower area and a bathtub with jacuzzi.   "GORGEOUS HOTEL - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. My husband and I stayed in a seaview hillside villa due to it being a bit cheaper than the beachfront ones but actually all we got was a tiny bit of the roof in front which really didn't obstruct the otherwise stunning view. The rooms and the hotel are BEAUTIFU..."L, as was most of the service. I would agree with a couple of the other reviews on here that it could be hard to get poolside/beach service at times, but we only really found this a problem around sunset. The beach isn't great for walking on etc but does look pretty and we found it very hard to go out in the sea due to the sea floor being so covered in broken coral and sludgey sand. Good value compared to other hotels I've stayed in of this standard, however as expected, compared to the rest of Thailand the food and drinks were much more expensive (although I doubt any more expensive than any other 5* hotel there).
