I have stayed at several other hotels in the area however this was the best so far! Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff both at check-in and check-..."out. Room was spacious with great decor and a wonderful bed. The view was north towards south Vancouver and unlike other comments I did not hear any noise from below. The only complaint I have is the noise from the other guest departing and talking in the hallway at 5:30 am was very annoying and discourteous to other guests trying to sleep ... not the hotel's fault just poor manners from some of the hotel's guests. Great pool and exercise area. Only wished I could have been here longer. I will be back! " More >

  "I only stayed at the hotel for two nights and didn't have any time to utilize most of the facilities, but the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff far exceeded my expectations! Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Kevin at the concierge desk made what could have been ..."a very stressful day run extremely smooth. He handled my deliveries and pick-ups and made sure I was well taken care of at the beginning and end of the day. Because the hotel is so close to the airport, there can be quite a bit of noise from incoming jets, but it wasn't bothersome for me. I ordered breakfast from room service the morning I left, and it was delicious! It arrived quickly and they promptly removed the empty tray. They have a couple different parking areas for the complex, but I had several boxes and bags, so I paid the $12/night for valet so I could have everything loaded and unloaded by the bellmen (bellpeople?).   "The hotel is at the far end of the airport and on the second floor. Upon entering the hotel space, the elegance and luxury spills out. The check in person was so nice and friendly at 12 midnight. The room was beautiful and sophisticated. Love the sideboard on the TV stand with every plug you can..." imagine. Also loved the quick hot water tea kettle. Nice touch. My room overlooked the West Jet terminal which was fun to watch. Note, that the meals are very expensive - breakfast was $40.00 CDN. Taxi service and valet service is directly below the hotel outside of the terminal. The bar appeared to be very nice from the walk by. The only negative is that the hotel charges for internet. Considering the price of the stay, internet should be included. Highly recommended to those who wish an elegant experience. " More >
