The bed and pillows were absolutely above expected hotel quality-so comfortable!!! The breakfast and lunch buffet was very good. They offered a great variety of food and refreshments. Between every vendor we had coffee, tea, water, and snacks to keep you going all day. The hotel staff was very nice and so accommodating. The check out was quick and painless. It took less then 5 minutes even with all of us checking out within an hour of each other. I would recommend and stay at this hotel anytime.   "This week my fiance had a 2-day training course at his company's Head Office. Since I work downtown Toronto but we live in Hamilton we figured we'd take the opportunity to stay overnight so both of us would have an easier drive the next morning. My fiance had already checked in so by the time I got to our room, he had noticed that the TV's digital channels weren't working. We had to go back down to my car to get our bags so my fiance mentioned the TV at that time. Immediately one of the front desk personnel got on a walkie-talkie and called for assistance to our room. We returned to our room with our bags and approximately 2 minutes later there was a knock at our door. The repairman said that the TV needed to be replaced.
