  "Having read a few recent poor reviews after already booking our room we were a bit nervous of what we may find. We were very pleasantly surprised by the room which was on the first floor. It was spacious and clean and the kitchenette and breakfast basket were just what we wanted. The room had ever..."ything you could want including fridge, microwave, iron and board, safe, ipad docking station etc etc and was very stylishly decorated. Reviews had said how staff did not seem to care. The lady that checked us in was great and couldn't be more helpful. There was no sign of a dark, dirty alleyway with rooms along it. The rooms downstairs have their own entrance onto the street but there is a small paved area before the pavement itself, so people aren't walking right next to your window. The room was cleaned daily and all food etc replenished. The only negative comment i could make was that the extra bed we ordered for our room (there were 3 of us staying in a double) was quite hard and ... " More >
