  "I first reviewed this hotel in March 2012 when I said that I didn't normally write reviews and that got me started on Trip Advisor. We first stayed at this hotel in 1998 and have been back nearly every year since so that shows how much we like it. In these 15 years we have seen a lot of changes but ..."one thing that hasn't changed is the quality of service. Somewhere in the hotel's publicity it says that the hotel offers "discreet elegance, traditional service and modern comfort" and that really sums it all up. Reading travellers reviews the one thing that really stands out in most of them is the service you get from the staff, from your arrival at reception, from management right through to cleaning staff. They must have a very good training programme. As for the hotel itself, it is in a wonderful location looking over the bay at Beaulieu. If you are considering a first stay I would recommend a sea and garden view. However we now tend to stay in a superior room in the Orangerie because ... " More >
